Every feature

Every feature, Free and Pro. Nothing summarized away.

This list is checked against the app's own Pro-feature catalog in the shipping code, not written from memory. If it's Pro here, there's a line of code somewhere that gates it — and if it isn't, there deliberately isn't.

Everything a driver needs to see what the V1 sees

  • Turn-by-turn navigation, phone and CarPlay
  • Alternate routes, traffic-aware ETA, automatic rerouting
  • Search, recents, favourites, tap-a-place
  • Voice guidance with voice selection and speaking rate
  • V1 Gen2 pairing and connection
  • Live alert display — band, exact frequency, direction, signal strength
  • Alert map pins and spoken alerts
  • Alert banner or list in CarPlay
  • Manual mute and Stay Muted While Connected
  • Frequency deduplication and signal continuity
  • Trip Alerts for the current drive
  • Saved alerts — star any alert to keep it for good: the time, the place, the band, the exact frequency, the direction, and your speed at the instant the signal arrived
  • Live Activity, Dynamic Island, CarPlay Dashboard
  • Siri and Shortcuts

Gating the alert display itself was considered and rejected: a driver who can see a threat but is shown a paywall instead is a safety problem, not a conversion funnel.

Pro the intelligence layer

The nine things that require an entitlement

  • Lockout zones that learn — creating, learning and auto-applying GPS lockout zones; the door opener you pass every morning stops alerting, and the zone reshapes itself to the road as you drive it again
  • Speed-aware silencing — the ESP Savvy protocol path: quiet in the parking garage and the drive-through, fully alert at speed
  • Auto mute — timed post-onset muting; see the alert without listening to it
  • K-band false filtering — out-of-box frequency filtering, including MRCD zone widening; K-band outside the police window is blind-spot monitors, not radar
  • 30-day alert history — the persisted history store, the suppressed-encounter list with reasons, and creating a lockout from a past encounter (saving an alert to begin with is Free — see the Free column)
  • Auto snooze — automatic re-suppression of a signature you've already dealt with if it comes back a minute later
  • Sync across your devices — lockout zones, saved alerts and favourites follow you to your other iPhone via iCloud
  • Camera feel — the four follow-camera parameters in Settings → Camera Feel: pitch, speed smoothing, and look-ahead time and cap
  • CarPlay signal meter style — how the CarPlay alert list draws signal strength: a bar meter, a number, or nothing but the band (the alert itself — band, direction, frequency, presence in the list — stays free)

This is the complete set — nine Pro capabilities, no more, added to a Free tier that is a real navigation app with live radar display. Nothing here is a marketing summary; it's read from the app's own ProFeature catalog and the code paths it gates.
